Hello!  I am a proud member of the Boards of Realtors, which allows me to say that I am a REALTOR.  This is a designation that I am very proud of.  The Washington County Board of Realtors, and the Utah Association of Realtors, set the bar HIGH.  They continually update, educate, and further the profession of Real Estate Agents.

After ten years as owner and operator of two Appraisal Firms in the Central Coast of California, I came to Southern Utah.  People often ask, “Why did you pick St George?”  I always answer the same way:  My husband Bill and I, traveled this way often, seeing relatives in Salt Lake City, UT and Grand Junction, CO.  At first, St George was a one night stay to rest up, but eventually it became a two to three day stay.  We would take in our favorite sight seeing spots, and just soak up the desert air.  We found that we wanted to stay longer, and wondered what it would be like to live in St George. 

I used the computer to do research, and started investigating everything I could about St George.  Important information was; Demographics, Temperature, Current Real Estate trends, Home Prices – Styles – and Availability,  Education, Church, Shopping, and Dining.  We had some basics that we felt were necessary to our choice.  We compared the area to other places we were considering, and St George rose to the top.

We moved here in the Summer of 2003. 

Being a good Realtor is defined differently, depending on who you ask.  My definition has much less to do with the income I MAY make, as to the friendships that I WILL make.  I work very hard for my clients, listening to their needs & wants, protecting their interests, and I feel the greatest reward when their goals are achieved.
